STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. The Seller will arrange to deliver the product to the Buyer at the airport / address that the Buyer designates. Product Guaranty and Conditions
2. The Buyer must provide the best possible care of the product, including ensuring proper storage and transportation temperature is maintained.
3. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of any damages / missing items / quantity issues / quality issues / any disputes on the same day of the delivery date after clearance and reach at the buyer cold store or within 36 hours upon arrival at the airport in case of the unexpected event.
4. The Seller does not warrant and is not responsible for any damages / missing items / quantity issues / quality issues / any disputes of the product if the Buyer does not notify the seller within the above period and also the damages caused by the Buyer or its suppliers.
5. Any notice of claim shall be specified and state the alleged defect, non-conformity or deviation in quantity. The Buyer must provide the Seller the following information in the sufficient amount to determine the cause of the damages or the defect in order to claim the damages: a. The photograph of a damages or defect product b. The product information which is attached to the package of the product c. The clear explanation in writing of the damages or the defect of the product
6. The Seller will determine the cause of the damages or the defect case by case. If the case has been approved, the Replacement or Credit note will be provided on 7 days basis.
7. The Seller will provide the replacement products or Credit note (that depends on both parties agreement case by case) if the damages and the defect of the product caused by the Seller or its suppliers.
8. If there is a transportation issue caused delayed shipment, the customer shall provide the cooperation by picking up the goods as soon as possible.
9. If there is a damaged good caused by an airline, the customer shall help by asking damaged report or notification documents from the airline and inform the supplier to proceed claiming process.
